2009) - Continental Precious Minerals Inc. ("Continental") (TSX:CZQ
- News) has announced
that the previously contemplated sale of its HRU licences to Uranium
International Corp. announced on April 29, 2009 will not be going ahead.
Continental had entered into an agreement with Uranium International in
April 2009 for the purchase and sale of the HRU licences, the completion of
which was subject to certain conditions. The contemplated sale had been
scheduled to close today."
