GILPAS - RADON SURVEY

The next stage of radon surveying at Gilpas will commence during the week commencing 19 July 2010.
The purpose of this next stage of radon surveying is to determine the extent of the zone 2 anomaly
located c.75 metres north-west of the zone 1 radon anomaly of c.6,000 square metres, as announced
on 9 November 2009. Radon surveying undertaken to date has revealed the zone 2 anomaly to be 300
metres in length.

The survey will see 100 sensor cups placed at depths of 50 centimetres in the glacial till soil at
Gilpas along 4 parallel gridlines at c. 20 metres intervals along each line, with about a 50 metre
distance between the lines. The lines will be placed along a north-west/south-east direction, so
as to be in line with the glacial ice flow that carried the boulders that returned up to 29%
uranium in 1980-1981.

GILPAS - DRILL TESTING

The Company anticipates it will imminently receive approval from Bergsstaten, the Mining
Inspectorate of Sweden, for its work programme, which includes a planned 600 metres of drilling at
Gilpas. As such it is now seeking to identify a drill rig so that it can commence scout drilling
of the anomalous radon zones identified at the earliest opportunity. The Company will keep
shareholders updated on this matter.

SWEDEN - NUCLEAR POWER DEVELOPMENTS

The Company notes the bill passed in June that will come into effect on 1 January 2011, which will
allow for the construction of new nuclear reactors in Sweden. There are restrictions regarding any
new construction, whereby new reactors will only be permitted at the existing three sites in the
country, and may only begin operation as an older reactor is shut down. There are ten reactors in
Sweden that produce over 40% of the country's electricity. The Company welcomes these positive
developments for the country's nuclear energy programme.
